The Future Calls

Even in the darkest night,
A single spark can start a light.
Alisa, a girl
Who walks between centuries.
Time is a scythe,
It reaps the proud and high.
The towers
Fall, the oceans steal the land.
But through the void, a Soviet star
Will shine.
A child extends her unprotected hand.
She knows no fear, the pirate songs of blood.
The meal of bone is
Clutched against her chest.
Across the years,
Through darkness and through blood,
She marches on, refusing any rest.
Time will take my love away, but not today.
Oh.
Not today.
I am the future.
I am the flame.
Alisa, Alisa.
I scream your name.
Through centuries of blood and war.
I carry light to shores unseen before.
We shatter centuries, we break the wall.
We learn, we build,
We answer history's call.
No compromise, no cowardice, no chains.
The girl from tomorrow
Burns through present flames.
The future calls, the time obeys.
The world is crowned with glory maze.
I am the future.
I am the flame.
Alisa, Alisa.
I scream your name.
Through centuries of blood and war.
I carry light to shores unseen before.
And yet time's fell
Hand defaces all we know.
The time shall have its due.
But the word shall burn.
The man shall stand.
A girl, a dream, a
Future in my hand.
