Slowly Into Light

I don't need a rush tonight
I'm already moving right
Every breath becomes a sign
Every step is becoming mine
The silence doesn't scare me now
I don't need to know just how
Tomorrow is beyond the blue and
I know
I'll make it through
Step at a time
One breath at a time
I don't have to know
It's waiting down the line
Slowly into life slowly
I'm alive
No more running back
I'm meant to be
I was looking for a sign
Somewhere outside of my mind
But the answer was always near
Hidden underneath the fear
Now the morning fills the room
And the flowers start to bloom
I don't need another hope
I can carry my own love
Let the shadows fall away
Let them disappear today
I have waited long enough now
I'm ready for the sun
You
